Simplifying user management, creating a cohesive experience across the platform, and empowering users to take more action
I led a holistic redesign of our user management and permissions system spanning all 3 products of the platform (Webinars, Channels, and folders/media organization). I created an overarching vision in collaboration with our product and engineering leads, and phased the work into iterative releases across the platform.
